Yes. The upgrade cost is what the raider farms; you are not asked to have the materials sitting in your stash first.

Every bench on the page, which is every bench the workshop has. If one you want is missing it is because an operator has switched it off, and support can tell you why.

Workshop benches decide what you can build, and the materials each upgrade wants are the kind you have to go looking for. Every bench is here at both upgrade steps, priced per bench per level, so you can take the one that is blocking you rather than the whole workshop.

Level 2 and level 3

The two chips split the page: one for upgrades to level 2, one for level 3. A bench has to reach 2 before it can reach 3, so if you want a bench taken from 1 to 3 in one go, order both and the raider will run them in order.

Add both upgrades for that bench to the same order. A bench has to pass through 2 to reach 3, so the raider runs them in sequence as one job.
