How it works
What happens between paying and getting what you bought, in the order it happens.
1. Build your order
Pick a game, pick a service, and configure exactly what you want. The price updates as you go and the number you see is the number you pay. There is no quote step and no price that changes after you commit.
Express moves you up the queue. Streaming lets you watch. Appear offline keeps your friends list from seeing anything, and costs nothing.
2. Pay
Card payment goes through Stripe. You can check out as a guest with just an email, or create an account to keep everything in one place.
If your order needs us to log in, you supply those details after payment, in your dashboard, over an encrypted form. Never by email or chat.
3. A booster claims it
Your order appears to boosters permitted for that game. Whoever claims it has to start within minutes or it returns to the queue and counts against them.
If you picked a specific booster, it is held for them. If you ordered a multi-booster rental, the order is not ready until every slot is filled.
4. Watch it happen
Your dashboard shows real progress, entered by your booster as actual in-game values rather than a guessed percentage. You can message them directly, ask for an update, pause the order if you want to play, or bring in an admin.
You can pause at any time. Nothing continues while an order is paused.
5. Completion and evidence
When a booster marks an order finished they must submit evidence for every item. An admin reviews it before the order closes and before the booster is paid.
You get an email at completion. If we held your login, it is deleted at that moment and the email confirms it.
